Agreement to Terms. Your access to and use of https://jtzrenovations.com is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms in full.

Scope of Services. Through this Site, JTZ Renovations LLC markets and arranges Home Remodeling, Bathroom Remodeling, Kitchen Remodeling, Deck Building, Interior Remodeling, Home Renovations, Residential Remodeling, General Contracting. All work is performed under separate written agreement.

Your Obligations. You agree to be truthful in submissions, secure your access credentials, and use this Site only for lawful purposes.

Acceptable Behavior. You agree not to misuse the Site, including unlawful activity, service disruption, unauthorized data collection, malware distribution, or impersonation.

Copyright. Site content is owned by or licensed to JTZ Renovations LLC and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

Payment Terms. Pricing is communicated in writing prior to engagement. Refund eligibility, if any, is set in your service agreement.

Account Closure. JTZ Renovations LLC reserves the right to deny or revoke Site access at any time, particularly upon violation of these Terms.

Disclaimers. The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. JTZ Renovations LLC makes no representations regarding accuracy, reliability, or availability of Site content.

Damages. JTZ Renovations LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Aggregate liability shall not exceed amounts you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

Indemnification Duty. You agree to indemnify JTZ Renovations LLC from any third-party claim resulting from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

Applicable Law. These Terms are construed under PA law. The parties consent to venue and jurisdiction in PA for any related dispute.

Revisions. Terms may be amended at our discretion. We post the current version here; your continued use means you agree to any amendments.
